SMS Program Terms

These terms cover text messages sent through Encore Text by the brands that use it. Each brand publishes its own SMS terms; this page is the default. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. What you'll get. Messages from the brand you signed up with, such as event announcements, ticket releases and offers.
2. How often. Message frequency varies by brand and is shown when you sign up.
3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt out. Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no more messages from that brand. Reply START to rejoin.
5. Help. Reply HELP, or email support@encoretext.com.
6. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy. Mobile numbers are never sold or shared for others' marketing. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
8. Eligibility. US recipients 18 or older.
